SomnoMed Sleep Apnea Management Program
Designed for your Practice
SomnoMed can provide you a total solution for your Dental Sleep Apnea Practice with easy screening, accurate diagnostic evaluation, MAS efficacy testing and convenience to patients through the Sleep Apnea Management Program. If your dental practice has
• Patients who are unwilling to go to a sleep lab for diagnosis and/or
• Limited resource to process medical insurance claims
then the SomnoMed Sleep Apnea Management Program is designed to help. This program offers your practice assistance
with obtaining a diagnostic sleep study for at risk patients and processing your patients medical insurance claims.
The Sleep Apnea Management Program is designed to help your dental practice in a number of ways:
Obtain a Diagnostic Sleep Study for your at risk patients
Refer your patients to our medical network partners who will organize a Home Sleep Test (HST).
Contact SomnoMed to obtain the forms necessary to order a diagnostic sleep study today.
Diagnostic, Insurance & Appliance Package
As a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) our partners will provide your patients with the services described in the Diagnostic Sleep Study and become the provider of record (as distributor) of your patient’s SomnoDent®.
Contact SomnoMed to obtain the forms necessary to order this package today.
Follow-Up Efficacy Sleep Study
Once the patient has been fitted with the SomnoDent®, a followup HST is recommended. With the results of this test, you can confirm that the therapy is successful, or make a determination if any additional adjustment would be appropriate.
Contact SomnoMed for more information.
