Dr. Neustadt is a management consultant and entrepreneur with more than thirty years experience building and improving public companies within the hospitality, media, property and finance sectors. He has previously worked for the global management consulting firm, McKinsey & Company and was an executive board member of Kerry Packer's Consolidated Press Holdings (CPH).

He was most recently Managing Director of Cypress Lakes Group Limited, which developed one of the largest and most popular golf resorts in Australia on rural land in the Hunter Valley, NSW. Dr Neustadt still serves as a director of Cypress Lakes Group and sits on the boards of Harrington Pty Limited and Audant Investment Committee.

Ralf Barschow - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Barschow has more than twenty years experience in leading international dental materials and technology companies, performing high executive functions, managing sales and marketing budgets up to A$ 250 million p.a. and forging a network of business contacts in the dental industry worldwide.

Prior to accepting his role as Chief Executive Officer, Ralf came from the Australian subsidiary of Siemens AG, one of the world´s leading operations. Before joining Siemens he was heading the central European business as Managing Director of the US company Align Technology Inc., the NASDAQ listed inventor and maker of the Invisalign orthodontic product. He came to Align from his previous positions as Global Sales Director of Ivoclar Vivadent AG, one of the leading international dental enterprises and prior to that as Export Manager and various positions he held for over ten years in the German Degussa AG, one of the top 3 dental companies in the world.

Ralf, a German citizen, studied international marketing and economics in Germany and England, lived in Germany, Liechtenstein, Singapore and Hong Kong and moved in 2006 to Australia.

Graham Hurst - Non-Executive Director

Graham Hurst is an experienced investor with over forty years experience in capital markets. He became a member of the Sydney Stock Exchange in 1968 and was subsequently a director of the Sydney Stock Exchange for five years and on the Exchange’s national listing committee during this time.

Graham has acted as financial advisor to a number of companies.

Alexander R. M. MacIntosh - Non-Executive Director

Until 2001, Alex was a partner of KPMG, one of the four major international accounting firms. Since then he has acted as a consultant to them and McGrath Nicol & Partners.

Alex has over 45 years experience in business in Australia and internationally.

Paul Hopper - Non-Executive Director

Paul Hopper has over 20 years experience in international public company markets primarily in the healthcare and biotechnology sectors.

Based in San Diego, California, he has spent much of the last eight years in the biotech area where he was instrumental in the development, funding and sale of a number of US & Australian listed companies as Chairman or Managing Director, across a range of therapeutics & technologies including cancer vaccines & antibodies. Before moving into the biotechnology sector, he was CEO & co-founder of an ASX listed healthcare company operating private hospitals, primary care medical centres and pathology labs across Australia.

He is the Executive Chairman of Cell Aquaculture Limited an ASX listed company focusing on land based aquaculture systems for the production of premium fish species. Paul was previously the CEO of the listed Australian biotech, Australian Cancer Technology Limited, which under his leadership, was rated by CitiGroup as one of the best performing biotechs in the Australian index in 2004.

Terence A Flitcroft, BCom, CA, ASIA - Company Secretary

Terry has been a Director of the Company from 1995 until May 2003. He is a Chartered Accountant with broad commercial and financial experience and has acted as a director and company secretary for a number of private and public companies.

Terry will provide company secretarial and accounting services to the Company on a contract basis, until such time as a full time employee is recruited to carry out these tasks.

Terry is a Director of Winchester Associates Pty Limited, a licensed investment advisor.
