Through SomnoMed’s relationships with Dentists and Sleep Physicians, we have developed collateral that strives to accomplish three goals:

1. Education on the SomnoMed MASTM including taking impressions.
2. Networking with Sleep Physicians
3. Educating the patient

The Dental Folder includes:

• Brochure for the Dentist with everything they need to know about the SomnoMed MASTM, which includes helpful information about taking the bite, insurance information, networking, and marketing tools.
• 20 Brochures for the Dental patients along with a brochure holder for the office.
• Posters to display in the office, one each of the two designs which address both snoring and OSA. 
• Example of the Print Ad that is on the CD.
• Product Guide
• Compact Disk which contains all the marketing materials in the Welcome Kit in a format that is feasible to email, reprint, and add the Dentists’ contact information. The CD also contains sample letters to Sleep Physicians, Patients, and Insurance companies.  All Research, including Practice Parameters is featured on the CD.  Two Power Point Presentations, one which is an Overview, one which is much more detailed will be helpful in networking with other Dentists and Sleep Physicians.  Insurance information including samples of pre-treatment letters, letters of medical necessity, and marketing codes comes in handy when helping the patient file for coverage.  Other important information on the compact disk is a questionnaire to help determine the patient’s needs, FDA information, the Epworth Sleepiness Scale, George GaugeTM information, and much more.
