Warranty and Return Policy

The SomnoMed MAS™ comes with a one year warranty against manufacturing defects and breakage. Patients must submit their Warranty Cards found in their User Instructions or fill out the Warranty Registration below to activate the warranty. Repairs not covered under warranty include, but are not limited to, acrylic fracture, clasp repair, wing repair, and other damage not caused by manufacturing defects.
